Signal level

Hi all,
I have a FTA system consisting of a CoolSat pro, 33" dish, motor, and lnbf. I purchased the system from FTA Direct. I am trying to receive AMC-4 transponder 5. TAN TV. My signal level is right around 65-70% and the quality level says 20-23%. I live in NC, and have a clear view of the southern sky. Do those levels look right? Thanks...

should be higher.....The signal on that is pretty high
