Hey, I wouldn't even have known the launch was happening, much less covered on HDNet if I hadn't seen this thread a few days ago, minutes before launch was postponed!

There seemed to be a delay in the HDNET feed. I was watching HDNEWS on Voom and HDNET and Voom had the shuttle blasting off about 3-4 seconds earlier than HDNET.

I was definitely impressed with the HD feed from HDNet. saw the bumps here and caught the last 90 secs of the countdown. Hit the record button, and have it on the HD now

Now, I hope that all the astronauts get home safely.

Absolutely Magnificent. I watched the countdown then went outside to see it, then came back to watch the whole launch again. This technology is amazing, especially the live video from the Booster.

Can't beat the insider video coverage by HDNet, but HDNews once agin did an excellent job covering the event (video coverage, interviews, etc.). I recorded both feeds and it made for an excellent learning experience for my little one.
