Shrek 3 using a new VC-1 encoder

According to Stacey Spears, Shrek 3 was the first title using the final release of an updated VC-1 encoder; another update is coming beginning next year.

This is one of the first titles encoded with the new VC-1 encoder. Heroes, Host and Condemned were encoded with an early alpha version. Hairspray used a beta version.

This was a pretty major update, but an even bigger one is due early next year.
