Showtime on demand not avail.

Trying to tune in showtime on demand on my HR-24. Keeps saying not available. I do sub to showtime and all other on demand channels working properly.

aren't you the one who was complaining about their programming package? don't you have select or something like that? if you're not paying for premium packages like showtime why would you think showtime vod would be available to you??? i apologize in advance if i'm mistaken.

When I was on the phone with them changing over to select, they threw in 6 months of starz and showtime.
