Should I upgrade my Iphone 3g to 3GS?

I got mine and boy the internet loads a whole lot faster and the graphics WOW!!

As I said I am going to wait until the demand dies off then go in the store and compare the two side by side.

I think if I do get one I will pay the $699 price ($100 more) so I don't need to extend my AT&T contract another two years.
