Shaw Direct in Florida

We are new to satellite TV and are trying to set up our Shaw Direct is south Florida for the first time in our motorhome. When we try to get a signal our screen bars flash between red and green no matter what we do, what are we doing wrong? Help please, we are getting very frustrated.

Is this a standard Shaw dish (60e or 75e) mounted on a pole or tripod, or is it a motor home-mounted dish, e.g. Winegard?

If it's motor-home-mounted, I have no expertise, but there are others on the forum who do.

If it's a standard Shaw dish, tell us what you have done so far with regard to mounting the dish.
