I'm trying to set up a dedicated 6' mesh dish for the C band side of I9 at 58 degrees.
(I think that I have found a spot in my tree cover which has a shot at this satellite).
I'm trying to do several things simultaneously: find the satellite (trusting my surveying equipment and pre-tuned Traxis 3500); and getting my Geosat Pro C2 to work.
I don't have instructions for the Geosat, so I'm not sure about how to dc power it. Here are my questions: Looking at the F connectors with the flat plate immediately above the connectors: call the F connectors #1 at the left; and #2 at the right respectively: Can I draw signals from both simultaneously? What dc bias voltage is applied to the left connector; What dc bias is applied to the right? Can I apply bias voltages to each simultaneously or must one always be passive?
Thanks for your help.
Rick
