Setting Reminder Timers

I am in a chat with support and for the life of me I can't find a way to set a timer reminder from the guide. I only get recording options. They are seeing the same thing that there is no place to set reminders. Is there somewhere that I am missing to set these on the Hopper?

you can set an autotune timer. in the guide select record series timer then under "type" select auto tune. not really a reminder but it will swap to that channel when the time comes around.
