SES-3 Update

Sounds like SES is going to start preparing to move people from AMC-1 to SES-3, but still no set time frame for when that change-over might happen.

That letter from NBC suggests they'd like to have the change-over done by August, but given they asked to start in February and the partial grant was only issued yesterday (April 7), I'm going to guess it will be further delayed.

According to Microspace, the official transition date is still August 24th.
