service address change on dish's site

It was stated in another thread that one could request a service address change on the dish network web site. Where is it under ? under programing, customer care or where ? I am thinking of changing my service address. Would greatly appreciate this information.

service address hasnt been on the web site as long as I can remember...billing, yes
but not service. Phone it in

I bet December 1st there will be alot of people calling in with service address changes. Dish ought to prepare accordingly to avoid long call waits.
