While I don't expect any issues I am doing some work to the server. There should be no downtime, but in case there is I wanted to give everyone a warning and let everyone know all is ok.

didn't even notice, actually forgot about it till I seen this you post this.

had 2 blank pages but a quick refresh solved that

Seems to me pages are loading as they should. Fast and stable. Knocking on Wood! One note, this old thing I am currently running with a Celeron 1.6 cpu is especially sensitive to changes. If there is a problem it will show up big time with it. Thats changing soon with the new desktop I'm getting with a i7-965. My present to me.
