Are you upset about the way Dish cut our homes access to distant network? Would you like to have access to distant networks (better mix of shows, better time for viewing or want to be better informed about the world?
I was about to start calling the world when we lost my distant networks (still had local networks). We started with dish services only for the mix of network options (and paid fees to dish/networks). Dish said to call and support Senate Bill 4067 but they did not have it posted or have a full listing of it's impact on customers. I was floored when I found (hard to do find by the way) and read it.

This bill will not allow customers to view more than one network at a time the way I read it. " `(B) NON-LOCAL-INTO-LOCAL MARKETS- A satellite carrier may provide a secondary transmission under subparagraph (A) in a local market (as defined in section 122(j)) in which a satellite carrier does not currently provide, and has not ever provided..." BAD news for us!
We only have one option. Call your Senate and say NO!, NO! to SB 4067. We should be allowed any and all networks (for a fee). After you read the Bill, what do you think?
P.S. Dish now offers remote networks (Only Atlanta or S.F.???) through a firm (Will this service end if SB 4067 passes?). May also need to fight CBS and other networks for any needed weivers.

Call your Senate at 1-888.267.1127 and say NO to SB 4067.
