Selecting sound on 720

Is anyone else having trouble choosing which box to have the audio on on 720 ? The blue box does not appear and you can't switch boxes. I had the same trouble last night. The only way I have found to fix it is to reboot the receiver. Suggestions please.

which box of what? i dont understand your question. is your audio cutting out? what receiver are you using and what software is it running right now?

On channel 720 ,which is the one you can watch multiple games on, there is a blue box which denotes which game the audio is from. You can move the blue box to the game you want to listen to.The last 2 nights, the box did not appear and the audio was only available for the game in the upper left corner. Once I reset the boxes, the blue box reappeared. I have series 24 receivers.
