Second Chance Credit

I recently recived my bill and I have a four month 11.00 dollar credit which is great. I thought it was one of the loyalty thank you credits, but on my bill its titled "Second Chance"

Any time you get a temporary bill reduction is great, though I am not sure why its titled "Second Chance"??

Nope....happy with service though with the title, thats with the title on the credit it sounds like something like that
