Seattle Locals on Dish?

If that was the problem then the channels would've just gone dark, and not pixelation.

Anyhow when I was having the problem I was troubleshooting my equipment, and on some transponders on 110 I was get a signal level of 3
instead of the usual average of 50

Memory is a little hazy on the details, but that sounds like a repeat of the problem a couple of months back ... was it a severe thunderstorm that went thru the Denver - Cheyenne area that knocked DISH out for several hours??? I remember signal levels dropping then bouncing back up before failure.

I remember that weather outage during that severe storm that knocked out Dish for awhile, but that affected all the channels, not just one area's locals...
