Searching for Satellite... No HD Channels

I`ve had this problem before and could correct it by doing a reset.
The reset no longer restores my HD channels. My SD channels are fine.
Which satellites shoud I be checking for signal strength?

The national hd channels are on 99c, 103ca and 103cb. Your signal levels should all be at least 85 or so.

Whats your set up like?

Check all in line connections, check the dish mount, make sure its level.
also check for any line of sight issues. I just did a Service call and the tip of a tree was causing issues for 103cb and 103ca. 95% signal on 101 & 119, but 75% on the 103s.
