Can someone please tell me why I get this message? I have gotten it about 5 or 6 times now on my HR20. I get this when I try to play a show I had scheduled to record. It doesnt happen to often but when it does it sucks. I had Planet Earth scheduled to record and when I tried to watch it I got the message "Searching for authorized content"

yes never gets disconnected. This only happens on my hr20. I have a tivo and r15 and I have never seen that message on anything but the hr20.
 
I just posted there to, but everyone keeps saying its something with the phone line thats not true my phone line never gets disconnected.
 
No because I doubt it will do any good. If it starts happing more often then I will. For the most part I 'am very happy with the unit.
