Hello, two quick questions for the expert out there.
I purchased a 922 yesterday and the search function appears to work only when I am searching from the dvr. Is that normal? Can't I not search using the guide or by typing in a title myself?
Also, separately, is it more effective to watch the 922 in duel or solo mode? I was in duel mode today and taping one show. I couldn't change the channel without stopping the recording. ... Also, keep in mind that I have an iPad, which I will be watching tv from.
