Yes sharper its usally a 30 day turnaround from the time it gets up there till the time you start seeing programming being braudcasted to you from the bird.
30-45 days if I remember (without any issues) is that about right?

EST is UTC -5.
22:49 - 5 = 17:49 = 5:49pm EST + 1 for dst? = 6:49pm EDT?

Consistent with established process and procedures, the Sea Launch team suspended the countdown for the March 17 launch of the DIRECTV 11 satellite on Sunday, March 16, due to an issue identified during planned pre-launch test operations.
