After receiving my 3rd VIP 622 in 6 months two weeks ago I was really hoping my monthly tech support calls to Dish would end. Well... Not so fast.
I subscribe to what was the AEP with HD Platinum and locals. So, I pay for pretty much every channel.
I was so pleased to turn on my TV this AM and all the standard def subscription channels now give me a message that I must subscribe to view. I still get the premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax etc.) AND I still get all the HD channels.
But all the standard subscription channels have vanished. Even the music channels (CD & Sirius) can't be played. All give me a message that I need to subscribe.
I've rebooted my shiny new VIP 622 and no differene. So, here I am on hold with Dish tech support. Haven't spoke to anyone. I got a recording that wait time is over 15 minutes.
Anyone else have this problem?
