SD or Analog tuner?

How can a person determine if his/her lcd tv has at least an SD digital tuner? Lets just say the manual is not available.

Do a google search on the model number. It will likely give you the manufactures' website on the first hit.

Can yu doa scan? If so the scan process usually indicates digital vs. Analog ststions.

If it has a digital (ATSC) tuner, it will pick up both HD & SD digital transmissions.

Most, maybe all, digital tuner equipped TVs sold to the public also include analog (NTSC) tuners.

Post the brand and model number.
