Scramble Channels

Hi
Can anyone help with Sonic sat free to air for dishnetwork nagravision

I have a problem receiving channels

Screen says "scramble channels"...after auto scan channels it only pulls in 15 free channels..

Am I getting signal i think yes but only few channels


HELP.
