I made my Direct tv settings theses on my hr20 my question is when scoreguide comes on my picture pops in and out is their a way to disabled it ?

That's weird.

Hit the exit button once the info bar comes up and that will disable it as long as you are on that channel.

You can try resetting your receiver. This is the second software glitch post related to the scoreguide.
