SC picture quality

I have a question concerning some of my SC channels. I have the SC 305 sat receiver. On many of the Canadian channels I notice horizontal lines, especially in the red colors. I don't think it is color specific, but I could be wrong. The problem also appears on the US locals.

Any suggestions/comments

Have a dealer or installer hook up another receiver and check it out.
Depending on what he sees with the second receiver, he'll know where to go after that.
Sorry I'm not more specific but this may be the best answer of many possible correct answers.
