SBS Plus Channel

Earlier this year, I had a korean channel (SBS Plus +) for 6 months. The sitcom has English subtitles, but the show does not have any English sub.

Is this station suppose to be free under certain packages? I check Direct TV website and it is part of the package that cost $$$.

The channel is part of the Korean Package. Some of the programs have subtitles and some do not. As far as I know the channel is not free.
