Lol wow thanks guys! Hoping i wouldn't come off as nuts. I know i've seen Contact before, probably on my dads big dish HBO sub, but it never caught my eye at the time

I noticed a big mesh dish in that Nextel commercial=the one with the city guy stopping at the country store, the cretin says "I give the directions around here" lol
The dish in that commercial looked new.
Funny how you notice the big dishes more these days.

Check out Idiocracy, They have dishes all over the White House. There were some that looked like primestar dishes, and c band dishes all aimed wrong.
