what equipment do you have besides the box? Dish? LNB? motor involved?

what satellite (s) were you looking to get?

Which satellites do you want to hit? What size dish are you using? Your receiver shouldn't need any software unless someone has hacked it. We are here to help, but only with legal FTA questions.
