Do you mean you need a portable device you can plug in to the LNB and use to measure signal strength while you are adjusting the aim?

I have a GT Media V8 Finder, not the best in the world but it only cost about $50 if I remember correctly.

I use an Applied Instruments XR-3 with a VSAT-ACM plugin. Lots of bells and whistles for locating satellites. It'll even tell you what satellite you're looking at by name and position. Pricey instrument though.
