If someone finds it for $99 with free shipping, Ill give it a try....worst case mess with it and use the cracked ver. Android rocks even if Logitech gives up on it others will lead the way.....Gota love anything open source!!!!!

Server Issues. We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.
Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

It's been confirmed by google and logitech both that this unit will get the official 3.1 update by the end of summer and more specifically by the end of september, so don't fret... This box will rule!
No. Market was said to be coming in the spring and then was pushed back to summer likely due to Honeycomb.
Can you provide a link? I see there's 36 sellers but none that I see are Amazon. It list "greatfun4u" as the seller on the main page. But I don't see Amazon listed anywhere as the seller.
Logitech has it available for $99. The price shows initially as $299, but it will go to $99 when you put it in the cart for purchase.

I saw that as well. It looks like Best Buy has it also. I like Amazon because it usually comes with free shipping and no tax. I'm not sure about the other sites.

Amazon should be the top vendor. I believe they are showing $99 now, if not add to cart then look in the cart and it will be $99.
I dragged my feet! Yea its showing for $99 no tax free shipping...only pitfall is looks like its ether back ordered because there saying 2 week dilivery. Oh well I had a credit there so I got it for less than 99...Ill wait

It look like you can order direct from Logitech for free shipping as well. I just wonder if you have to pay tax when ordering from them? I know most everything I order from Amazon has no tax.

3.1 beta is out: Download 1b3a6b1aa9fd.mp-signed-ota_update-b55579.zip from Uploaded.to, FileServe, FileSonic, FileHook, NetLoad, 2Shared. Some testers report Netflix is broken, but the UI is much better.
It's extremely beta. Google hasn't loaded any compatible apps into the Market yet. So until someone figures out how to side-load apps, there isn't much to do and there's a lot that's buggy and broken. You have been warned!
