So - what are you guys using for stands on the rears?
Also - for those using shelves and a RPTV - be careful. The chassis of some TV's don't take to extra weight being placed on them, causing screen uniformity problems.

I use a pair of small wooden wall shelves I picked up (unfinished) at a craft store. They're like something you would use to display collectibles or knick-knacks.
I have them mounted a few feet above the listening position on the back wall. My living room only allows for a 5.1 system, so above and behind is the way to go.

I posted this on the AVS forum also.....I thought I would let that be known so I won't get flamed.
I took the small leap Friday night and ended up buying a 5.0 set of Yambekas. I called up Brian from the # from the satteliteguys forum and he was at work so met me Friday night(I live in Columbus). The guy seemed very professional (at least as professional as you can be for meeting him in a parking lot) although to be fair to Brian the only reason he was selling them to me from a parking lot is because I wanted to cut out shipping and I live close enough, so he did me a solid so I shouldn't bash. They are usually internet order.
Anyways, I got them for 135 bucks (because I mentioned I'm a regular at the satteliteguys forum) I didn't pay shipping because he met me...so 135 out the door.
I got them home not expecting much to be truthful with you. I figured If I got them home and they were junk, I'd sell them on e-bay and just re-coup my cost.
Well to my surprise after tweaking my reciever for about a half an hour, they sound really good....no joke I've been looking at all kinds of speakers for the last month in the 300 - 700 range for my set up, and truthfully these are every bit as good as anything I've priced in that range. Would I pay 250 - 350 for the Yambekas....Yes,............ woud I pay 700 for them, No......not because they don't sound just as good as a 700 dollar pair,... but because this company has not been around for as long, and as nice as Brian is,..... lets'be honest the guy seems professional but at the same time he needs a place of operation (maybe a small shop or address where they can be returned) If things went sour he could fold up and walk away....Can Yamah do that..probably, but not as likely.
Anyways The ONLY thing that sucks about these speakers are the front covers. One of the easiest things to get right on these babies you would think would be the name on the front of the speakers....Every damn one of them are a little crooked....It's already bad enough they are called Yambekas, but when the actual name is crooked people will probably go......WTF until they actually listen to them. I'm on day three right now and so far Everything sounds great..no buzzes or annoyances, I've watched Gladiator with DTS and Matrix....every thing is crystal clear and full of life. But I must admit.....Even though they sound really good with the movies I've watched. Listening to Cd's through just the towers is where they truly shine
So anyways that's my experience so far. Take it or leave it.
It's a great budget speaker for people wanting a 400-700 dollar sound for a 150 - 200 dollar price tag.
Now off to find a subwoofer!

I ordered a Bic Acoustech H-100 to go with this set. Yes, it costs more than the whole 5.0 setup ( 
), but I'm going for maximum bang-for-buck here.

Well, Yambeka has a slick new site, and in conversations with Brian he told me a new set of Yambekas is in the pipeline, much nicer speakers, for not much more money! I'm very happy to see them prospering and formalizing what at first gave the impression of being a 'garage' business.
The bashers were out in force at AVS!!!
