Satellite wiring problem.

I'm going to try my best to explain my problem, but if you are unclear on any of it, let me know.

I'm living with two roomates and both of their rooms have a coax cable running from the satellite to their DirecTV box, but my room doesn't have a wire running from the satellite to my tv. Is there any other way to get satellite to my room without going under the house to run the cable?

My room is right beside the living room that also has a coax cable running from the satellite to the tv. Would it work if I ran that cable into a splitter and one end go to the living room directv box, and the other end going to my room?

Can't just add a "simple splitter". You will need your own line; off the dish or the multi-switch.
