satellite service in Mexico & Internet

I have just retired and will be moving to Mexico in a couple of weeks.. I will be moving about an hour south of Guadalajara. Tecolotlan Jalisco to be exact. I know that Sky satellite service is available, and I believe Direct TV is also available. No DSL service to Tecolotlan. Can anyone out there tell me if there is any other satellite service available and where could i possibly secure fast internet service, Thanks in advance for any help anyone can render.

Hey, I got a reply from another member about getting direct tv in Guadalajara, and afterreading his posts and trying it out myself with satelite equipment brought from the US I concluded that I am just to far out of the footprint. I guess your best bet would be a slingbox. Find my post and youll see what Im talking about. Keith
