It shouldn't, in that the frequencies used are not even remotely close. Should there be a problem due to stroing nearby transmissions hams are normally very happy to help track down and solve the problem. I know my ham activities, even with a high power linear amp, have never bothered my wife's enjoyment of satellite TV.
Ham's are also not allowed (its illegal) to have their equipment cause interference with the ability to receive television signals and will be glad to help you figure out any problems that might arise.
