Satellite Input 3 shows red X's

Hey guys I need some help. About a week ago my wife lost reception on one of her Italian language channels Rai Italia.

Today I ran a check switch to see what was up. The result was red X's all the way across input 3 for 61.5, 72, 77, and 118. Inputs 1 and 2 were all green.

I looked at the point dish screen and cannot tune in 77.

Is the dish just out of alignment or is there a hardware issue or both?

Sounds like an alignment issue to me.

Although she denies it I've got a feeling my wife hung the water hose on the lnb arm when topping off the pool last week.

Lol. Well if the check switch is showing all sats green on all but the third tuner then I would lean toward a cabling issue between the Hopper and the Node. Or maybe an issue between the dish and the Node.

Or the node itself.

Seeing the 118 is a completely separate dish from the Eastern Arc stop blaming the wife and schedule a service call.
