Satellite hook up help.

Hi I can't get my hd dvr box to hook up to our stations old standard dish. The dvr model is a 24 and the satellite on the roof is a 20LNBR. I can't get a connection. Help please

Have you re-run satellite setup? Change it from SWM to "MultiSwitch"?

Was this dish working previously? It may need to be realigned. Are you getting any signal on the signal strength screens? Did you rerun the satellite setup like jcrandall suggested?

The correct dish type for that lnb is going to be 18x20 multiswitches btw.

Assuming it still has good signal.
