is there a way to download the app as a file to download to my phone? for some strange reason it doesnt show up on the google play thing.i see theres a new version.can somebody put up the version before the new version?

The way Google Play works, if you can't see it from your device or when signed in, it most likely is not compatible with it, or in some cases not allowed at the location you are registered from.

I am told newer versions of the app do not work with older versions of Android.

For those with older Android Devices who want to use the app still you can download the APK which will work from http://www.satelliteguys.us/downloads/satguys.apk

thanks.it seemed like something out of twilight zone.satellite app was working fine before i did a factory reset on the phone.i logged in google play and i saw the app.10 mins later it wasnt there.i'll give that apk a try.
