May want to have the new server up and ready to go in case something happens during the chat again if we want to think of things from a worst-case scenario perspective.

Otherwise there's really no advantage to doing it at now or next week. Frankly if the kids are gone I would think it would be a good time to spend with the wife instead of the server, but...
