I followed the instructions for the Satellite Finder, no signal. I reversed the leads to opposite ends, no signal. I bypassed the HH90 and linked directly to the LNB's, no signal. I removed the dish from the mounting, scanned the sky, no signal. I know it sounds dumb, but a newbie will try anything to get the darn thing to work.

Setup: Coolsat 5000, Ariza Eliptical Dish, Stab HH90.

Stab HH90 Elevation: 31 degrees
Ariza Elevation: Unknown
Dish Orientation to due South

The Coolsat operates the HH90, moves the dish, but I can't pick up any stations.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked to be sure you're getting voltage from the Coolsat to the LNB?
Should be about 13 or 18 volts DC, depending on the polarity.

Your elevation maybe still not right, for digital signal, a one ten of degree off track will make you loss headache.

SO TRUE!

Maybe best to remove the motor and find and store your satellite first!
