Satellite Dish LNBF Triple Holder For Pansat

I'm wondering about this myself. They indicate a pretty wide range of sat's you can pick up with one stationary dish. I might try something like this as I'm going to set up a stationary 39" dish for G10r. Would be nice if I could pick up a couple of other sat's on it and have the instant channel change.

It might work but just by reading it it looks like it is more designed for DBS LNB's :)

I know if you put more than one KU LNB on one of them might not be able to get the best signal. You need to hit the sweet spot of the dish

I wish I understood more about the shape of dishes and parabolic reflectors. On an offset dish, there must be at the very least, a ring of possible locations for an lnb, on which the lnb is currently positioned, which would then change the point of aim accordingly. But how far lateral can you go before losing sufficient signal?

I have seen these on offset dishes (90cm+) and they seem to work just fine. Satellites will have to be far apart on the clarke belt. Also, the way they are showing it in the picture is not accurate.

The LNBFs will have to be on different heights and focal distance depending on the dish location relative to the satellites. One of the side LNBFs will be lower and the other higher than the middle LNBF.

Also, I recommend no less than 90CM dish to go with this setup. The signal from the satellite must be strong as well. 100CM dish will be ideal for this kind of setup.

3 lnb holder

I bought 1 and at least with my 1 meter patroit it gets the center lnb but no signal on the others. I am going to try on my 36 inch fortec bought at sadoun's. I have had better luck with it before with multiple lnb's before.
The quality of the lnb holder is pretty good I thought. I wish the bar was a few inches longer.
What I did not like is the center lnb does not go down far enough for my purpose.

their their their for their own dishes. singular. Ugh!! Thanks for the updates. I have a 100 cm dish to try one on. I'll probably get one and give it a shot soon. I have a few lnbf's around here including a few DSS ones. If someone tries one with SBS 6/AMC 6 as the lowest bird then please post results if you want. I will be trying to find out that answer myself when/if I try it.

I made my own 3-lnb holder (I used Global Mike's idea) and attached same to one of my P* dishes. I put the center lnb on AMC9, then after spending some time "tweaking" the other two lnb's, I was able to get SBS6 on one side and IA6 on the other.
