Satellite Carrying NBC programs in Africa.

Please, which satellite carries TPs with NBC programs that one can pick up from Cameroon in Central Africa (and please, I don't mean MSNBC nor CNBC)?

I would say there are no transponders that carry NBC to Africa. NBC is USA only. But, some shows on NBC have foreign distribution, so you would be able to pick up the shows (usually dubbed to the local language) in other parts of the world.
