All new SD locals in the past six months (at least) have been at 103, and the 72.5 locals will migrate to there, and to 99.

There are a total of six markets with SD a 103W now. I'm pretty sure that at least one or two of them are conversions from 72.5.

That's a darn good question. My guess is that those subscribers will get an R22 anyway.

This is similar to the problem that those who want OTA are in.

If they only want a receiver they are getting the H20 and H21 with only SD channels activated.
