Sat Radio Question

I have a manufacturers Sirius Radio in my '04 Durango. After they added the Shade station my radio lost Hit's One Channel 1. I called Sirius tech support and they proceeded to reset my radio 4 times and the station did not come back. They suggested that I may have hit a combination of buttons that setup some Parental Controls and locked that station out. I have read through the Manufacturers manual and there appears to be NO Parental Controls on this radio.

I am unsure as to what to do as I have even called the manufacturer and they indicate that it is a sirius issue (no pun inteded) and that I need to call their tech support again. I have done that and Sirius tells me to call the manufacturer again.

No my wife has a portable JVC unit in her '03 Durango and it appears to have all of the channels.

Any suggestions here, does anyone have any experience with the ones installed in DaimlerChrysler vehicles?

Since you are still in warranty why not ease into the dealer and let a tech do it and show you.
