Sat Finder= malware?

Just decided to install satellite Finder and Kasparesky Labs Anti Virus reports it is accompanied by Malware in it's installation program! Kasparesky is NOT known for false positives either.

Anyone get similar reports? I think it is either advertising or?? who knows what it is doing...Right now it is BLOCKED!

Vendor identified id is "Teen Festival" sounds bad!
