Sat 119 in & out

I have had trouble connecting to Sat 119 with a 4700 receiver. Dish has replaced twice, still no resolution. Other receiver (811 ) never has this problem. Anyone have a suggestion

Swap the location of the receivers. If the problem follows the receiver, it's probably the receiver, if it stays with the location, it is probably a cable or connection, switch.
