Samsung wins US import ban on AT&T iPhone 4 and 3G iPads in ongoing patent dispute

This would have been big news in 2011, but other than the AT&T iPhone models, isn't it a little late? Now, if Apple needs to retroactively pay the Samsung license fees on all the offending models imported, that would be big news.

The problem with all these patent suits is by the time they go through the trial-appeal-review-ruling-appeal cycle, they're on to the third or fourth generation device. But I guess it keeps all the lawyers employed...
