I believe they are still working for a solution on this. I know it is listed as a KPI (Known Product Issue) which means they are working on the fix. Usually an issue that is TV specific, or the combination of TV and certain other equipment, requires collaboration between the TV manufacturer and the source manufacturer. I believe that is what is happening at this point, but I am still monitoring this thread and the KPI list to see if there is a workaround. Right now it says "Will require software update to correct". I assume the "software update" is on hold until the issue is isolated as to what actually causes the "handshake" issue.
