I am not sure if "locking up" is the correct term, but as of late I have noticed some strange behavior with my 360 reciever. Whenever I press a button on the remote (ANY button) it takes about 5 seconds before the action occurs. For instance, if I press the guide button I can count 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand (etc.) 5 times before the guide pops up. This is true for ANYTHING I press...even power off. I don't think it is the batteries because when I press the button, the little icon on the receiver flashes and then 5 seconds later the action occurs. In any case, do you guys have any suggestions how to fix it or speed it up?
