Sad News: Mike Kohl's Wife Passed Away Today

So sorry to learn of Laurel's passing. She was a very strong and courageous woman who battled cancer endlessly for over the past 4 years. Talked with Mike a few weeks ago and they had been hoping that she could return home for these final days.

Oh WOW, I didn't even know she was sick? My heart goes out to him as I don't know how I'd go on without my "soul mate"! Thoughts and prayers Mike!

It's already here! Thank you so much Scott, and members of this special fraternity. Laurel's passing came at a particularly bad time financially, and your generous help will go a long way towards keeping me solvent for the critical first month after her passing. I will be there for all of you when I ramp back up for a re-entry into the fulltime satellite business once things have settled down. Despite the fact that many of you may not live in or near a small town, this atmosphere is just like one. It is gratifying that there are many people in this group that will step up to the plate when hearing about one of the "neighbors" needing some help. May God bless you all, and reward you with many future dividends from your unselfish generosity.
