RV Dish Motor

[Major Mayhem]

We have a Dish Traveler on our motorhome that has locked up a couple times in the past. Now it is doing it every time I try to use it. When it begins to locate the satellites, it ends up looking straight up and gives the message (S K motor has stalled). I then have to manually lower the dish by going onto the roof. I contacted the Manufacturer (Weingard) and was told that this motor cannot be replaced. It was new in 2017 and they felt I had got my use out of it. I was told to replace the entire dish. This seems ridiculous to me and was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Thanks
