Server Issues. We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.
Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR............ What's the frigging point of these TURBO HD packages when they don't even have all of the HD. I am sooooooooooo steamed. All I want is ALL the HD they have and nothing else. Why did they talk me into the TURBO package and LIE to me that I would get ALL the new HD added in the future. Life is stressful enough without these morons piling on more. Rant over.

I am at work so I don't know what channels of those I get. I looked at my account on Dish and it says I have Classic Gold 250 and Gold HD and Platinum HD. So, am I getting all the new HD channels they just launched?
I went online to look at changing plans -- one minute the TurboHD plans were listed as "Change Plan" options, and then a couple minutes later when I went back to the order screen the TurboHD plans were gone.

Man, I hope. Not that I would watch it, but I don't get the BET HD. So with that, it had me worried with the new ones today.

So, EXACTLY, what package(s) do you have to subscribe to in order to get all the HD. I had the AEP+Premiums but didn't want all the SD channels. CSR talked me into the Turbo GOLD + PLATINUM + Premiums and said I would get ALL the HD.

They are just hating on you Scott...
I know nothing about this topic (disclaimer), but it's possible that the content providers are more to blame for the disparity in the packages than Dish. I can't imagine that the Dish execs are sitting around the boardroom thinking up ways to anger large numbers of their customers.
So Dish customers finally get LOGO and in HD yet. I didn't even know there was an HD version of LOGO. Is Dish the first one to carry it?
I have the same programming including Platinum HD (which is "FREE" right now after credit).
NO SPEED HD!
